We can’t wait for season 8! It’s confirmed that Abby Lee Miller is returning for the new season of Dance Moms, and she’s been posting a ton of teasers on Instagram. After being released from prison this past spring followed by a tragic diagnosis of Burkitt lymphoma, it’s been a tough year for the coach. “The beginning of season 4, I got kicked out of the dance studio. I was still on the show, and my former dance teacher couldn’t kick me off the show because she didn’t have that power or ability,” the 17-year-old said in a YouTube video.

It Was A Mutual Separation
“I don’t know if I would say I got kicked out more so that I chose to leave because I knew what would happen if I didn’t sign the contract,” she confessed. “But, I wasn’t willing to agree to all of those terms.”

She Didn’t Agree With the Paperwork
“I got kicked out of the studio because to be part of her studio you had to sign a contract,” the blonde beauty disclosed. “A few of the main reasons I, well my mom, wouldn’t sign is because it said stuff like you couldn’t gain or lose five to 10 pounds … You couldn’t do anything to your hair, you couldn’t do piercings or tattoos, which of course [at] 12-years-old I’m not doing any of that.”
The former student said that she has a lot of “respect” for the teacher, but isn’t interested in making amends. Considering she has a whole new crew of students, the competition queen probably has her hands full!
