She’s just under two months away from leaving the slammer! According to a new report, Abby Lee Miller had been transferred to a halfway house to finish up her prison sentence and will officially be released on May 25.

Law enforcement sources told TMZ that the disgraced Dance Moms star has been moved from the Victorville, CA prison where she’s been since last July. She’s now at the Residential Reentry Center in Long Beach. According to the site, “The facility will provide Abby with a safe, structured, and supervised environment where she’ll be given employment counseling, job placement, and financial management assistance.”

In January, reports broke that Abby would leave prison on Feb. 20 to finish out the rest of her sentence in a halfway house in Van Nuys. However, Abby admitted that that wasn’t necessarily true, though she hoped to get out of the clink early. “I am feeling hopeful but no dates have been confirmed at this time,” she wrote in January, alongside a photo from inside the jail with her dance students.

Abby was sentenced to 366 days in prison in 2016 after she pleaded guilty to felony bankruptcy fraud. She checked herself into the CA correctional facility on July 12, 2017, expecting to be stuck there until July 13, 2018. Luckily for her, she’ll be leaving two months earlier.

Abby definitely sounded ready to get back to normal life, and seems to have spent a lot of time reflecting. “Sometimes in life you make mistakes,” she began. “I trusted the wrong people and didn’t pay any attention to things I should of. I’m more than sorry for the mistakes I have made. My world flipped upside down when I had to enter prison. I did so with grace. I have made friends with both inmates and staff, I’ve tried to better myself, participated in anything offered to me and I am a better person for this experience. I am feeling great and ready to turn over a new leaf thank you so much to everyone for your support especially my nearest and dearest I love you all.” We can’t wait to see how she’s changed when she gets out on May 25!
