It's the Adele baby news fans have been waiting for!
The Grammy-winning singer is wrapping up her world tour — and sources are revealing exclusively to Life & Style that she is determined to give her four-year-old son, Angelo, a sibling.
“Adele is planning on having a second child and is actively trying to get pregnant,” a source said of the British star and her husband Simon Konecki, 42.
Along with expanding her family, Adele is also hoping to move to California to raise her kids.
"Adele has spent a lot of time in LA over the years and thinks it is the perfect home base,” adds the insider. "California feels like a welcoming place.”
The "Rolling in the Deep" singer also shared her plans for another child while performing on stage in Nashville last year.
"My womb is starting to ache a little bit," she told the crowd. "It's like, 'Baby, baby, baby. Need a baby, need a baby.' I'm not pregnant. I won't get pregnant until the end of the tour."
In a recent interview, Adele surprised fans when she revealed she suffered from post-partum depression following the birth of her first child in 2013.
"One day, I said to a friend, ‘I f–kin’ hate this, and she burst into tears and said, ‘I f–kin’ hate this, too.' And it was done. It lifted," she told Vanity Fair. "I love my son more than anything, but on a daily basis, if I have a minute or two, I wish I could do whatever the f–k I wanted, whenever I want. Every single day I feel like that.”
However, she wouldn't trade motherhood for the world.
"You’re constantly trying to make up for stuff when you’re a mom. I don’t mind because of the love I feel for him," she added. "I don’t care if I don’t ever get to do anything for myself again.”
