Reality Worlds Collide as Arie Luyendyk Jr. And Lauren Burnham Get the ‘Marriage Boot Camp’ Treatment
America’s not-so-favorite sweethearts Arie Luyendyk Jr. and Lauren Burnham are ready to prove, once and for all, that they’re marriage material! Considering the 36-year-old Bachelor initially proposed to Becca Kufrin (on national television) and then weeks later rescinded his final rose for Lauren B. (once again, on national television), fans are skeptical of their engagement, at best.
That said, after returning from a whirlwind trip around Europe, the couple wasted no time in strengthening their commitment. Seeking out assistance from Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars counselors Dr. Ish and Dr. V, the foursome dined out at the Arizona Biltmore on April 10 to get real about romance. The two were particularly focused on learning how to keep things on track under the glare of the spotlight, a source told People.
Surprisingly, the reality stars don’t need much assistance after all! “When I see Arie and Lauren, I see a couple who’s both in love and happy to be together, which is great for them because sometimes both of those things don’t always happen at once,” Dr. Ish told People. “They held hands and sat close to each other the entire time. That body language says to me that they are literally into each other. “
Considering how much you can tell about a couple from body language, it’s safe to say that these two are in it for the long haul — for now! We wouldn’t be surprised to catch the future Mr. and Mrs. Luyendyk Jr. on an upcoming season of Marriage Boot Camp.
