It’s no surprise to see Ariel out here feelin’ herself and radiating this kind of self-assurance. She’s been giving us total ~fitspo~ on her Instagram over the course of 2018 and it’s clear the weight loss she worked hard for has been a confidence booster.

“Ariel’s self-esteem is also at an all-time high. She’s looking amazing and dressing less provocative and it’s paying off. She says it was a phase she was going through,” an insider revealed exclusively to Life & Style back in January.

Plus, she’s got a great partner who isn’t stingy on the support. “Her relationship with her boyfriend Levi, who likes her at any weight, is going strong, so she’s on top of the world right now,” the source added.

We don’t blame her for being on such a high right now! Plus, getting your fitness on will definitely do that to you. Life & Style spoke exclusively with Ari’s trainer, MackFit, back in January and he dished about the intensity of the program.

“My clients work out at least three times a week, then I also have them doing cardio on their own. I have a ten-mile requirement,” he revealed. He also has them do a daily ab circuit, and in the gym he stars with static and active stretching, five minutes of warm-up cardio, and then resistance, plyo, or weight training. No wonder Ari’s out here struttin’ her hard-earned stuff!
