Bachelor’s Juliana Pasquarosa Seemingly Shades Girls on Her Season for Not Being ‘Supportive’

The Bachelor season 29 finalist Juliana Pasquarosa may have won Grant Ellis‘ heart, but she hinted that she didn’t get much “support” from the girls on her season after receiving his final rose.

“I think when we finished filming and we kinda came back to regular day life, it took me a minute to start engaging with the girls again,” Juliana, 28, explained to Nick Viall during an appearance on “The Viall Files” podcast on Monday, March 31. She mentioned After the Final Rose, adding, “and just some things that have come up from that. I’ve seen the reality of it.”

“It definitely hurt my feelings at first. I didn’t quite understand it,” the Massachusetts native said about how she was treated by the other contestants on her season. Juliana was also surprised by how girls she thought would reach out to her failed to do so.

“I wasn’t super reached out to by a lot of the girls that I maybe thought I would have been reached out to by. I think when the AFR came and I had reached out to a few girls from my season that were going to come to the actual live filming of it, I was told that they were coming in support of Litia,” Juliana revealed about runner-up Litia Garr.

“I was like, ‘Oh s–t. I didn’t know sides were being taken like that.’ I tried to phrase it in a way that was like, ‘The more the merrier.’ That’s when I think I kind of learned the reality,” she continued.

Nick, 44, then asked, “When they said that to you, it almost felt like it was implied not only were they there to support Litia, but they weren’t necessarily there to support you and Grant.”

Juliana responded, “Totally. And my stance right now is like, if you’re for me, you’re for Grant. There’s not like you can be for me and not support him. We’re a two for one at this point, and I draw the line right there.”

The client services associate was able to name one person she adored from her season, which was Alli Jo Hinkes.

“I love Alli Jo, me and her are, like, BFFs,” Juliana said about her fellow contestant, who was eliminated in week 3. “She’s definitely going to be a lifelong friend.”

However, she was deeply let down by where things stand with Litia, 31.

“I think my feelings were the most hurt by Litia. I don’t think that that was expected in any capacity. I think we’ve talked between filming and, even when this whole show was airing, I did my best to check in with her. I thought there was a good relationship, but it seems like actions since AFR moving forward have not been the kindest and that took me by surprise and my feelings were hurt by it for sure,” Juliana shared.

The reality star was particularly upset that Litia brought her name up in the finale, saying Juliana should have “a lot of questions” based on the things Grant had said about their future together before breaking things off.

“I think the first stab that I felt was when she brought my name up in the breakup. I think that that was uncalled for,” Juliana said. “Then to continue to make kind of those jabs on stage, saying she is glad that this isn’t a part of her love story and that she deserves a man that’s not so confused up until the last second, when Grant and I know the reality of it and that was strictly a jab at me, I think that those things took me back.”

However, Juliana understood why some of the girls backed Litia after the finale, especially after they saw how Grant made so many promises to make her feel like she might be his final rose recipient.

“I want her to be supported,” Juliana said of Litia. “I’m not saying by any means that I don’t want her to feel like she has a girl gang behind her lifting her up because I can’t imagine what it’s like to get all the way up to that point and maybe have your heart and your ego bruised.”
