Slay, mama! Beyoncé has lost nearly all the baby weight she gained during her second pregnancy, Hollywood Life reports. According to the site, the pop diva, 35, not only looks great, but is “full of energy” after welcoming twins Sir and Rumi with husband JAY-Z on June 13.
“Most new moms of twins struggle to even function at this stage, but Beyoncé is thriving,” a source told the outlet. “I mean, obviously it helps that she and JAY-Z have nannies and a bunch of staff, but she’s still really hands on and she’s breastfeeding, which means she’s hardly getting a break rest wise — but then, Beyoncé has always functioned best on less sleep than most of us mere mortals!”
The insider added, “You would never believe that Beyoncé gave birth to twins just weeks ago. She’s lost nearly all the baby weight, and her body has snapped right back… She looks awesome!”
The Destiny’s Child alum showed off her hot new bod via Instagram on July 14. She shared several snaps of herself flaunting her fit frame in a high-waisted skirt paired with a cleavage-baring, white blouse.
While she currently looks better than ever, Beyoncé admitted during a June 2015 interview with Good Morning America that health and fitness have not always come easy to her. "I am not naturally the thinnest woman," the “Bootylicious” songstress explained at the time. "I have curves. I have struggled with diets and finding something that works for me.”
The mom-of-three — who also shares daughter Blue Ivy Carter, 5, with JAY-Z, 47 — told GMA that she finally got a grip on her body goals when she decided to try out celebrity trainer Marcos Borges’ 22 Days Nutrition meal plan, a plant-centric meal delivery service. "The weight stayed off," she said, noting that there were other benefits to the regimented diet. “I felt like my skin was really firm, a lot more than when I restricted myself.”
