Tolbert, party of four. Bachelor in Paradise stars Jade Roper and Tanner Tolbert revealed that they’re having … *drumroll, please* … a boy! The couple is expecting their second child in August and seems over-the-moon excited about the new addition.

“IT’S A BOY,” Jade, 32, announced on Instagram on March 11 with a photo of her jumping into Tanner’s arms with blue silly string spraying around them. Before the announcement, the (almost) mom-of-two revealed that her husband, 31, was “clearly team boy,” so we’re sure he’s thrilled about the news.

Bachelor Nation is thrilled for the reality pair. Fellow franchise alum Kaitlyn Bristowe gushed, “I just got way too excited. So happy for you guys,” while Raven Gates posted a slew of smiling emojis. Obviously, people can’t wait for another Bachelor baby to be added to the mix.

Jade and Tanner already share a 19-month-old daughter, Emerson Avery, and the parents think a new baby in the house will be a pretty smooth transition. “I think she’s young enough where I think it would be an easy adjustment,” the brunette beauty admitted exclusively to Life & Style. “She’s very sweet, loving and cuddly, so I think she will … I mean she’s great with our dogs so I think she would be very tender with a baby. But it’s hard to say.”

Today we all feel little bit more like Pippa. 😂 The flu bug decided to grace our home with its presence this Christmas (all three of us got sick), I didn’t get around to wrapping gifts or stuffing stockings due to some other health related issues, and we never set up a Christmas tree. Definitely felt like a holiday failure this year and kind of had a hard time not comparing ours to other people’s Instagrams; but, then Emmy was still the cutest little munchkin opening up her presents this morning, it made me forget we were sick for a little bit. Next Christmas will be better for us, but it makes my heart go out to anyone who has ever had a hard holiday or who does every year. I am thankful that even when I feel low, I still have my family to hold close. ❤️ #merrychristmas

Since Emmy is so small, her mom’s pregnancy is a hard concept for her to grasp. Jade added, “She doesn’t understand quite yet. We’ve shown her the ultrasound pics and have been talking to her about it and everything … I don’t think she will quite understand until my belly’s real big! When the baby comes home with us I’m still not sure she will quite understand.”
