Britney Spears Accused of Photoshopping New Selfie Thanks to Some ‘Wavy’ Drawers in the Background
Another day, another celebrity Photoshop fail. This time, Britney Spears is being accused of editing her latest Instagram selfie. Why, you ask? Well, the furniture in the background appears, er, bent. “I went shade shopping today but found nothing!!!! Oh well … but I did find a nice bracelet!!!!!!” the pop star, 37, captioned the snapshot on Thursday, June 27.
Unfortunately, instead of congratulating Britney on her new bracelet, fans flocked to the post to call out the “Toxic” songstress. “So skinny she bent the drawers,” one user commented. “Should’ve gotten a new dresser — it’s lookin’ a little wavy,” added another.
“Oh my. Britney, weren’t you just blaming the paparazzi for photoshopping your image? Yet …,” a third follower commented. To be fair, that last bit isn’t wrong. Britney 100 percent slammed the paparazzi for allegedly photoshopping her most recent bikini pictures.
“People always say people or celebrities cheat with their images, but never do they question the paparazzi for selling your pic that they have messed with!!!! This was all done within the same 17 hours!!!!” Britney wrote on Instagram, along with two video clips and a paparazzi image she claimed was edited.
Beyond that, Britney shared an additional message in her first clip. “Good morning, so this is me the day after my boat ride. Do I look any differently today than yesterday?” she quipped while showing off her trim figure. Are you getting dizzy from all of the Photoshopping accusations being thrown around? Because we certainly are.
Thankfully, plenty of people can agree that Britney looks great no matter what. “You’re a queen!” one fan gushed. “Love this so much, Brit! ‘… Baby One More Time’ vibes!” added another. Sigh. We wish every comment could be as nice as those. Keep slaying, Britney.
