She’s stronger than yesterday! Britney Spears has never been afraid to open up about her fitness journey and her latest Instagram video is no exception. “I’ve been working really hard to lose weight … and for me, three pounds is like seven pounds, it’s a lot,” she wrote on Tuesday, June 18.
“I don’t like doing too much cardio. My body has muscle memory, [because] I [used to] be [a] gymnast and I can bulk up. So, I like isolated movement,” the pop star, 37, explained. “The key to my workout is repetition, but that gets boring, so I have a booklet I’ve made with all my favorite exercises. I usually wear headphones … music takes me away. I know I don’t look perfect here, but I’m working on it. Hopefully one day I can give my boyfriend’s abs a run for their money!!!!”
Britney, we love you, girl … but “don’t look perfect”? What are you talking about? You look fabulous! Unsurprisingly, the singer’s followers couldn’t agree more. “Perfect as it can be! Lioness always inspiring the world,” Britney’s handsome beau, Sam Asghari, commented.
“Your boyfriend hasn’t had two kids!! You look amazing as always, Brit,” one fan reminded the proud mama of Sean, 13, and Jayden, 12. “Britney, three pounds, seven pounds, 150 pounds … weigh whatever you want to weigh! I assure you, you’re gorgeous and that we love you no matter what. Your size doesn’t matter, so long as you’re happy and healthy!” added another.
