‘Cake Boss’ Star Buddy Valastro’s Drastic Weight Loss Is Inspiring Us to Cut Our Slice Smaller
No more cake for Buddy Valastro! The Cake Boss star has been showing off his drastic weight loss on Instagram over the past few days, and fans were amused with how different the reality star looks after shedding some pounds.
"A lot of people have been asking me how I’ve slimmed down lately so I just wanted to share that I’ve used the Optavia program," he captioned a pic of him with his wife, Lisa Valastro, who also noticeably lost weight. "I'm not being paid to say this and it should be noted that I think every body is different and you should do whatever suits you but this is what I’m doing and I’m very happy with the results so far!"
Fans immediately took to the comments to share how impressed they were with the couple's slim-down. "WOOOWW both of you look so amazing !!! You guys lost like 10 years minimum !!! ? Nice Job!" one wrote. Another added, "Looking great guys! Congratulations on your wonderful progress." One pointed out their love for one another. "You both look absolutely amazing and so adorable, you can definitely see how much you love each other," they wrote.
Optavia, according to its website, focuses on adding health into your daily lifestyle by cutting down portions, eating a lot of protein and healthy snacks, and eating a lot of small meals per day. Clearly, it works well based on Buddy and Lisa's results!
