Health comes first! Cardi B recently got plastic surgery, and at first, she attempted to work and perform at concerts. However, it wasn’t long until she realized she needs to take time off in order to get better.

“Cardi is very disappointed and hates to let her fans down, but she wants to reassure them that she’ll see them in September,” a source told Us Weekly. Hopefully, she’ll make a speedy recovery now that she’s “focusing on her health and the advise of her doctors.”

The first show to be canceled was in El Paso, which originally was supposed to be on Tuesday, May 21, according to El Paso County Coliseum officials. They said she is rescheduling at a later time, “due to circumstances beyond her control.”

The 26-year-old is also rescheduling the 92Q Spring Bling Festival in Baltimore, Maryland for Memorial Day Weekend, according to the radio station. Instead, the “I Like It” crooner will perform on September 8, rather than on Friday, May 24.

In the past, the Bronx native has been open about her experience with plastic surgery. She wants fans to know it’s not as glamorous as it seems. “I want to explain to people how hard it is to process,” she told ET during the launch of her new Fashion Nova line on Wednesday, May 8. “I feel like people look at girls on Instagram and go, ‘Oh, they got their lipo done and it was so easy,”‘ she continued. “It is just such a long, hard process, almost like the same process as after you give birth to a baby and you see your body change and snapping it back.”

“I shouldn’t really be performing,” she continued. “I should’ve canceled today because moving too much is gonna f–k up my lipo. But bitch, I’m still gonna get this mother f–king money back, let’s go!” It looks like she finally caved in!
