Despite being Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s little girl, it seems that Chicago West is feeling left out after her younger brother Psalm West arrived.

According to a source who exclusively spoke to Life & Style, the 16-month-old is still getting used to not being the baby of the house anymore. “Chicago didn’t really understand that she was going to have another brother until the baby was born. There were some jealousy issues to begin with — she’s used to being the youngest and her parents doting on her, but she’s fine now and is adjusting well.”

Considering Kimye opted for surrogacy and Chi never saw her mom rockin’ a baby bump, that may have added to the confusion. Let’s not forget she’s also so young. When the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star, 38, and the “Jesus Walks” rapper, 41, had Chi, their kids were older than she is now — Saint was 2 years old, and North was 4.

On the bright side, North seems to be adjusting just fine. Kim is making sure she feels included by getting her input. “North always wants to be center of attention, which is why Kim’s making a huge effort to ensure her eldest doesn’t feel left out, especially now there’s four of them competing for her attention!” another source exclusively revealed to Life & Style.

“She’ll let North pick out onesies and other cute baby clothes for Psalm to wear so that she feels involved and has organized a no-expense-spared birthday party for her next month,” the insider continued. Fortunately, North seems to be doing a great job as a big sis. “So far there haven’t been any jealousy issues, North adores Psalm and treats him like a little doll,” the insider added.

Recently, Kim shared a clip of Lil Nas X and Billy Ray Cyrus‘ “Old Town Road” remix, which North directed and choreographed herself with the help of her mom, proving these two share a special bond no matter what. Parenting done right!
