The secret is out! In an exclusive new interview with Life & Style Weekly, celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak revealed his best fitness tips that help his A-list clientele out with their No. 1 problem. “I think the most common requests I get are more about aesthetics. You know, ‘I want to look a certain way,’ and it has to do with the reduction of body fat for women.”

To help his female clients “create the illusion of a boob lift” or “have a toned tight butt, great firm legs [and] lean arms,” Harley only asks them to do two things. “Try and get at least 12,000 steps every day. That’s No. 1” he said. “No. 2 is try and get protein and fiber five times a day. I’m a big fan of blending to help you achieve that.”

Harley’s famous weight-loss smoothies have helped Kim Kardashian maintain her amazing figure. “I live for Harley’s smoothies! They are so easy to make, help me feel full and taste incredible!” she admitted on Harley’s website, and Kim isn’t the only A-lister that can attest to Harley’s fitness plan.

The guru has also worked with Lady Gaga, Gwyneth Paltrow, Rihanna, Katy Perry and more stars. “It’s just nice to get paid for what you love to do, but it’s as nice to know that you’re able to change people’s lives for the better,” he gushed. One Grammy-winning artist who Harley has helped to become more fit is “7 rings” and “thank u, next” singer, Ariana Grande.

“She walks on a treadmill, so she gets a lot of her steps in that way, and with me, we do our workouts. We do a few body parts each day and she likes to work out sometimes with a friend of hers,” Harley explained. “She’s really great that way about promoting health amongst her social networks so instead of making plans to meet up with a friend for coffee, she’ll say ‘Why don’t you come with me to the gym today and go see Harley and we can catch up them and go break a sweat together.'”

To better assist his trainees out of the gym, Harley has partnered with Marshalls to make sure that his clients have all the tools that they need to succeed, like a “blender” to make healthy smoothies or “dumbbells” for an intense workout.
