People Are Shipping Ariana Grande and Charlie Puth After He Commented ‘Wow’ on Her Insta Pic
Unlikely match or absolute perfection? Fans are shipping Ariana Grande and Charlie Puth after he left a flirty comment on her Instagram. The “7 Rings” singer shared her gorgeous Vogue cover for July and was met with an influx of people praising the amazing photo. Among commenters was the studly artist who simply wrote, “Wow,” and followers think the pair would be a match made in music heaven.
“[Charlie Puth] and Ariana need to date! They’d be so cute together,” one person noted. Someone else begged, “Date her pls you’re talented and nice.” Another user gushed, “I smell love here!” The 26-year-old “Into You” artist is stunning, talented and sweet so anyone would be lucky to date her. Some people joked that Charlie, 27, was actually talking about Ari’s cute pup featured in the photo. “You ‘re obsessed with dogs. I know this ‘wow’ is for Toulouse,” someone joked.
Ariana and Charlie have never officially collaborated on music, but he is surprisingly featured in the background of one of her songs. “A lot of people don’t know this, but on ‘Dangerous Woman’ by Ariana Grande, I’m beatboxing in the background,” the “How Long” artist revealed during an interview on Elvis Duran and the Morning Show in October 2018. “You barely hear it!” It’s unclear if these two talented songbirds actually know each other personally, but they would make ~beautiful music~ together.
Ariana is seemingly taking a break from dating for a while after the tragic death of Mac Miller and her overly publicized split from her ex-fiancé, Pete Davidson. “I’ve been boo’d up my entire adult life,” the former Nickelodeon kid explained to Vogue in an interview published on July 9. “I’ve always had someone to say goodnight to. So Thank U, Next was this moment of self-realization. It was this scary moment of ‘Wow, you have to face all this stuff now. No more distractions. You have to heal all this s–t.”
Considering she’s still on her worldwide “Sweetener/Thank U, Next” tour, it’s safe to say that Ari has her hands full at the moment.
