The actor, 39, has plenty to smile about these days. In mid-January, Chris took to Instagram to announce he’s an engaged man. “Sweet Katherine, so happy you said yes! I’m thrilled to be marrying you. Proud to live boldly in faith with you. Here we go!” he wrote.

With their wedding approaching, the blogger is making sure her beau breaks a sweat. “They’re getting married this summer and that’s just months away so there’s no time for laziness or pigging out,” a source revealed to Life & Style.

It’s evident how tight their relationship is and it may have plenty to do with their outlook on life. “Chis and Katherine definitely have a deep, religious connection,” said a second insider.

New Life, New House

A few weeks ago, Chris shared pics of his and Katherine’s new place, revealing something else they have in common — their sense of humor. The bride-to-be posed in different positions throughout the house as a way to measure space for furniture. “When you need to see if your stuff will fit in the new place but you forgot the tape measure,” Chris wrote on Instagram. Too funny!

Chris’ Son Approves

The Guardians of the Galaxy star’s 6-year-old son gets along great with Katherine. “Chris is blown away at how she can handle temper tantrums and silly fits without breaking a sweat,” another source revealed. “That’s one of the reasons why he fell in love with her. Jack adores her and Anna appreciates that Chris chose so well. They really are one big happy family.” Goals!
