Just because Christina Anstead is seven months pregnant — she and hubby Ant Anstead are expecting their first child together in September — doesn’t mean she’s abandoning her health and fitness routine. In fact, the longtime reality TV star, 36, was spotted going for a hike with her adorable French Bulldog, Cash, in Newport Beach, CA, on Sunday, July 21. As much as Christina enjoys being a mother — she and ex Tarek El Moussa share two children, Taylor and Brayden — the blonde beauty has no problem admitting that being pregnant in the summer heat isn’t easy!

“When your 3-year-old has endless energy — and you’re hot and pregnant — activities are a must … Plus, he looks so cute in a little uniform,” Christina captioned a precious photo of her son in a Jiu-Jitsu getup on Instagram.

Speaking of (super fun) activities, Christina and Ant recently unveiled a sneak peek of their baby’s nursery! Unsurprisingly, it looks absolutely gorgeous. After all, Christina has been starring on Flip or Flop since 2013.

Basically, Christina’s life and growing family look *totally* picture-perfect right now — and we’re so happy for her! As for her ex-husband, Tarek? Well … he admits that he still has a ways to go.

“I’m just not there yet, in a personal place to take on that challenge of falling in love again because that sounds like a big mountain to climb,” the 37-year-old said in an interview with SheKnows.

“Right now, I’m just putting all my love towards my kids and every extra ounce of energy I have goes towards building my brand and just becoming better at who I am,” he continued. “I’m sure one day when the dust settles, I might get lonely and look for someone.”
