Holy *Kleavage*! On Nov. 28, Kim Kardashian took to Instagram to share a stunning picture of herself. Nothing out of the ordinary, right? Well, fans couldn’t help but notice that the 38-year-old’s breasts looked, er, not exactly natural. Which, of course, led to major boob job speculation.

Now, as many of you know, Kim is a huge advocate of using tape to lift/enhance her chest. However, Life & Style reached out to board certified plastic surgeon, Dr. Norman Rowe, who suggested that the KUWTK star’s little trick couldn’t possibly be responsible.

Dr. Rowe, who has never treated the mother-of-three, said: “In my professional opinion and judging by her Instagram post, Kim has recently received a breast augmentation with traditional silicone implants. Simply taping her breasts in place would not produce the effect and shape that they have in the photo,” he continued. “That kind of cleavage can only be produced by breast implants.”

To be fair, Kim has been dodging boob job rumors for 10+ years now. In fact, back in October 2008, she took to her blog to finally shut them down. “I have not ever had plastic surgery. I hope after seeing this you guys will never ask me a plastic surgery question again!” she wrote at the time, adding that her boobs have been bigger than average from an early age. “I have had a size C since I was 11 years old!”

Kim also said that while she is not completely opposed to the idea of getting work done on her breasts, she would just like to wait until she’s finished having children. “One day I will definitely get a lift, but I am waiting until after I have kids,” she added. “Until then, I rely on a great supportive bra!”

Then, during a 2010 interview with ABC’s Nightline, Kim reiterated that she is most definitely open to plastic surgery and even joked that she was already in desperate need of a lift. “I’m totally not against plastic surgery,” she said. “Trust me, honey, if I take this bra off you will tell me I need to get them done.”

Hmmm, seeing as that was eight years ago, perhaps Kim finally took the plunge and went under the knife. Either way, her boobs look fabulous.
