SOS, Kim K And Cardi B! Ashley Graham Needs Your Help With, Uh, Boob Tape
Following in some big footsteps, huh? Notorious model Ashley Graham took a page from Kim Kardashian‘s book when she showed off her, er… not-so-skillful attempt at the Kardashian sister’s legendary trick for keeping her cleavage in place on Instagram yesterday. Letting her fans in on the pre-event prep technique, the Sports Illustrated model expressed her concerns for how well the boob tape trick might, literally, hold up. “Kim tried it, Cardi tried it. I’m trying the tape. I just don’t know how this is gonna work. Have you done this?” She asked her followers to weigh in on their own experiences with the tape trick. “And if so, I don’t think I’ve done it right? Jordan really tried and she didn’t do a bad job but I feel like I’m defeating the purpose. Oh s–t!” Ashley’s wit shined through in the series of three cute videos. We love seeing her so candid with her fans.
Ashley gives Cardi B some credit for her usage of the trick, but the OG when it comes to keeping one’s assets in place is, obviously, Mrs. Kim Kardashian West. According to the Daily Mail, Kim has reportedly given a whole host of advice on the subject. “I definitely had to share my tape secret with you guys!! It’s my secret trick to have perfect cleavage in photos. You tape them up so they are super lifted. It takes a little work but trust me, it’s all worth it LOL…” Kim revealed. “I’ve used everything from duct tape to packing tape to masking tape and I think that the best I found is gaffer’s tape. It sticks the best!”
So that’s where Ashley got the black tape from! Gotta get those little details. “Make sure you don’t have any lotion or oils on when you’re lifting your boobs up with the tape. Just brace yourself for when it’s time to take it off LOL.” Kim’s reported advice closes out with some wise words. The look on Ashley’s face says it all in the third video, when the tape finally comes off. Brace yourself, is right. That’s gotta hurt.
