‘Sperm Babies’ They Are Not

A little over a week after Love Is Blind season 7 premiered, Bri addressed the situation with Tyler saying he had no involvement with his children and that he was simply a sperm donor.

“Yes, I am the mother of Tyler’s three children. I’m trying really hard to do this the right way, but I have no understanding why he would characterize his relationship with his children as he has,” Bri wrote via her Instagram Stories on October 10, 2024. “Especially in consideration of how patient and considerate I’ve been. I guess I have to speak on this, despite trying so hard not to. ‘Sperm babies’ they are not.”

Holidays With the Kids

In an episode of Love Is Blind season 7, Tyler and Ashley discussed how they spent their recent holidays. Tyler said that he spent Christmas alone and cooked for himself, but Bri’s photos proved otherwise.

“We can start with the smallest lie regarding my ‘uninvolved’ children’s father. ‘I spent Christmas last year alone, cooking greens….’ Tyler did not spend Christmas ‘22 alone,” Bri continued in another slide on her Instagram Stories. “He spent it at his mom’s with family, that included the oldest, Kyreaux.”

Family Time

Bri also included photos and videos of Tyler enjoying some of their gifts while a Christmas tree could be seen in the background.

“‘Family… Holidays… what does that look like.’ Here a few videos three days after Christmas ‘22 (Filming occurred October 2023. Which makes this the Christmas before filming),” she captioned the post. “My children love their ‘Dad.’ To think that he has reduced them to ‘sperm babies,’ when I was told he was going on the show to be able to better provide for them, is the most absurd and hurtful thing ever. My kids don’t deserve this.”

Exposing Everything

On October 15, 2024, Bri called out Tyler once again and this time she stated that she was “tired” of all the drama.

“All I will say is everything being said about me and my children better be cleared up BY TYLER or I WILL EXPOSE EVERYTHING!” Bri wrote via Instagram. “As I’ve stated previously, I am trying REALLY hard to not say anything because at the end of every single day I have to be strong for my children, but I will not allow my name to continuously be drug through the mud like this.”

She continued, “PLEASE DO NOT MAKE ME TAKE IT THERE, TYLER. There is absolutely nothing I am not willing to expose.”

The Name Game

Lovetta also called the reality TV star out on social media after Tyler told Ashley he “didn’t think” his kids knew what he looked like during a season 7 episode.

“YOUR KIDS don’t know what you look like??? THIS CAN’T BE REAL … He lies with a STRAIGHT FACE!!! AND THE OSCAR GOES TO…. Like it’s really funny at this point!!!” Lovetta wrote on October 16, 2024. “AND who named the twins Tyler??? What’s your middle name??? Well one of my girls name is… Kamari ‘Lee’ Can yall guess Tyler’s middle name?? What about the girls birth certificate? This is a Game Now!!!”

Receipts, Receipts and More Receipts

Fans of Love Is Blind were anxious to hear Ashley’s side of things at the reunion, but she and Tyler essentially brushed over the topic and claimed that they discussed the topic in depth. Shortly after the reunion aired, Lovetta shared screenshots of a conversation she and Tyler had via text.

“Here you go Tyler… I hear you’re talking trash. Did you delete your messages from October 10th??? You said you wanted to see them? Just when I’d decided to stop! Clout chasing.. looking for excitement.. check my social media… Oh and I spend time with ‘THOSE KIDS’ for excitement!!!” Lovetta wrote alongside a carousel of photos she shared on Instagram.

Ashley, Ashley, Ashley

Ashley sat down for an interview on “The Viall Files” podcast on November 6, 2024, and spoke about the situation with Tyler. The marketing director told host Nick Viall that Tyler explained to Bri that he didn’t want to “have any connection” with her or his children. She added that Tyler “wasn’t in [the children’s] lives on a daily basis” and that’s “why he wanted to cut off the relationship” he previously had with them.

Lovetta addressed Ashley’s claims in a video of her own.

“Ashley, Ashley, Ashley, where do I start?” Lovetta said. “There were so many lies in your little podcast interview and I won’t begin to address them all. It’s obvious you drank the Kool-Aid, the Tyler Kool-Aid, that is. First of all, we want a lot of things for our kids, but at the end of the day, they make their own decisions, like I think you heard you tell your mom or I think I heard you say. You’re going to make your own decisions. Kids are going to make their own decisions especially when they’re grown.”

She continued, “My daughter [Bri Thomas] is grown and with her own kids. She’s going to do what she wants to do. I’ve raised her. That has nothing to do with the fact that Tyler had three kids and he chose to abandon them after going on the show Love Is Blind nor the fact that you believe all of Tyler’s lies.”

No Longer Around

Lovetta gave somewhat of an update on where she, Bri and Tyler stand after Love Is Blind when a social media user pointed out that they would no longer want the children to have a relationship with him.

“We don’t want him around the kids now! Now it’s just stopping him and that woman he sends out there to shame herself,” Lovetta replied
