Farrah Abraham Wears a Lacy Workout Set While Doing Yoga: Photos

Leggings and a sports bra? How boring! Farrah Abraham was spotted doing yoga in Santa Monica, California, while wearing a lingerie-like workout set. The longtime reality TV star, 29, hit the park on Wednesday, August 12, rocking lacy white bottoms and a matching top as she practiced her Downward Dog, among other poses.

When it comes to Farrah’s exercise routine, she’s all about variety. “Boxing is always great, I am not going to lie, but I have been mixing [it] up,” the former Teen Mom personality previously told Life & Style.

“I have been doing Pilates. I have been doing just stretching — just pure stretching classes — nothing else,” she continued. “There have been a lot of good new workouts. So, I am kind of like doing two-a-days, but [with] a different workout regimen.”

Additionally, the Nebraska native doesn’t wait for swimsuit season to focus on her health and fitness. “I always go HAM,” Farrah boasted. “It’s summer all year long for me.”

As a result of finding an exercise routine that works for her, Farrah is feeling herself like never before! “I love my body. Like, I am the healthiest I have ever been,” she expressed. “I am the happiest.”

As someone who practices yoga, Farrah also believes a positive state of mind contributes to a person’s overall health. “I think our daily affirmations really work,” the 16 and Pregnant alum mused. “Keep telling yourself good things! Keep going higher and push yourself! Today is the day to keep it moving.”

Thankfully, even amid the coronavirus pandemic, Farrah is finding ways to stay active! While she was spotted flying solo during her yoga session, more often than not, her daughter, Sophia Abraham, is right by her side.

The mommy-daughter duo is taking the outbreak very seriously. In fact, on July 26, Farrah and Sophia, 11, were spotted wearing cute masks and matching neon green outfits. So cute! Here’s hoping the preteen tags along for the next workout.
