Gary Levingston Teases ‘Bachelor in Paradise’ Season 10 With Golden Twist: ‘So Much More to Come’

The Golden Bachelorette alum Gary Levingston teases what fans can expect for season 10 of Bachelor in Paradise amid the show’s Golden twist during an exclusive interview with Life & Style.

“What I will tell you is keep watching. It’s going to be something new. It’s going to be something different,” Gary, 66, tells Life & Style while promoting his partnership with Talkspace. “I don’t think they’re going to have us with the younger folks, looking at the younger guys, with the older women and the older men with the younger. I think we’re going to be separate.”

While Gary admits that he doesn’t know how the Golden stars will interact with the franchise’s younger stars during their time on the beach, he says that the two casts will “potentially” come “together at some point during the show.”

“It’s going to be so much fun. So keep watching,” Gary adds of the upcoming season. “There’s so much more to come.”

Who Do You Want to See as the Next Golden Bachelor?

It was announced that Golden stars will join the cast of Bachelor in Paradise during the season 29 finale of The Bachelor on March 25. Gary and Leslie Fhima were the first two Golden alums revealed as stars on the upcoming season of Bachelor in Paradise, while younger Bachelor Nation stars Zoe McGrady and Jonathon Johnson are also part of the cast.

“They reached out to me and said, ‘We’d like to have you be the first Goldens to be part of Bachelor in Paradise.’ And how could I turn that down with this still being part of my journey?” Gary tells Life & Style about how he was approached to be on the spinoff. “It’s very humbling to think that I’m still going through the process of putting myself out there for the public.”

He adds that he’s “looking forward” to this “next adventure and the journey,” which he expects to be “a lot of fun.”

“I am looking forward to just being present and being in the moment,” Gary says about the upcoming experience. “God willing, I’ll find love in all the right places on the beach in Costa Rica. So that’s pretty much all I want to say in that regard.”

In addition to teasing season 10 of Bachelor in Paradise, Gary also talks to Life & Style about his partnership with Talkspace after he was named as a “senior advisor” for the brand. The partnership with Talkspace – which is a leading online behavioral health care company – comes amid National Mental Health Awareness month.

“Talkspace has pulled me in to be their very first senior advisor, which is fantastic. Using my platform to speak to the seniors, or the Goldens as I like to call them, to talk about mental health in particular for May Mental Health Awareness Month,” he says of the partnership with the brand, which accepts Medicare.

Gary adds that it’s “really important” for people to take care of their mental health, especially as they age.

“I think it’s important that we focus on more than just our physical health. You see more of us drinking more water, you see us going and exercising and doing the whole workout thing and the pickleball versus tennis, but we forget a very important part of that health issue and it’s associated with mental health and there are stigmas associated with [that],” he says. “I think it’s important that we do focus on the mental side of our health, not just the physical side.”
