‘Bachelor in Paradise’ Season 10 Has a ‘Golden’ Twist: Everything to Know About the Upcoming Season

Back to the beach! ABC’s Bachelor in Paradise is set to return for season 10, but this time it comes with a Golden twist. Life & Style has everything to know about the upcoming season.

‘Bachelor In Paradise’ Season 10 Will Feature ‘Golden’ Contestants

After The Golden Bachelor and Golden Bachelorette were such huge hits, it’s no surprise that the stars from those spinoffs will make their way to Bachelor In Paradise. Host Jesse Palmer revealed that former stars Leslie Fhima and Gary Levingston will be part of the cast in season 10.

“So this is really happening. For the first time ever, Golden men and women will be hitting the beaches of Paradise alongside all of your Bachelor and Bachelorette favorites of seasons past,” Jesse said during Grant Ellis’ After the Final Rose episode on March 24, 2025. “So how is this whole thing going to work? You’re going to have to tune in to find out when an all-new Bachelor in Paradise premieres this summer.”

Bachelorette season 21 contestants Jonathon Johnson and Hakeem Moulton and Bachelor season 29 second runner-up Zoe McGrady were also announced as cast members.

Jesse Palmer Had His Fingers Crossed for a ‘Golden Bachelor in Paradise’

Jesse’s wish to see some of viewers’ favorite stars from The Golden Bachelor and Golden Bachelorette on Bachelor in Paradise ultimately came true. The former NFL star spoke about the possibility in October 2024.

“I absolutely hope so and I believe in manifestation. I think it would be so great. I mean, the cast from Gerry [Turner]’s season, the cast from Joan’s season, it’s incredible,” Jesse told Us Weekly shortly before the end of Joan Vassos’ season of The Golden Bachelorette. “And as long as it’s not Atlantic City or Naples, Florida — not a retirement place — it has to be a tropical beach. And personally, I think you should have air conditioning.”

He continued, “I think you need to have an open kitchen and let Jack [Lencioni] and Susan [Noles] go in there — it would be amazing. You would need a kitchen cam at all times just to see what they’re cooking up.”

ABC Considered Canceling ‘Bachelor in Paradise’ After Season 9

In January 2024, a source exclusively told Life & Style that the chances of Bachelor in Paradise returning weren’t looking good after the success of the Golden spinoffs.

“The buzz is that the network may cancel Paradise and focus their attention on making their Bachelor and Bachelorette shows better. It seems like the more mature contestants on Gerry’s season drove newer viewers in and the younger fans loved it,” an insider said at the time.

The source explained that the success of The Golden Bachelor actually may have contributed to execs at ABC considering pulling the plug on BiP.

“It seems [The Golden Bachelor’s] success shined a spotlight on Bachelor in Paradise’s less than stellar ratings,” the insider continued. “The audience tuned in to watch Gerry Turner respectfully pick a wife on The Golden Bachelor and then they tuned out for the younger couples’ immature antics on Paradise.”

‘Bachelor in Paradise’ Season 10 Has a New Location and More ‘Bachelor’ Alums

The twists continued when ABC announced that Bachelor in Paradise season 10 would film in Costa Rica instead of its typical filming location — Playa Escondida Resort in Sayulita, Mexico. Fans will also see some familiar faces from the Bachelor franchise, including season 15 Bachelorette Hannah Brown and BIP season 3’s Wells Adams.

“Unforgettable moments will be served with a twist with Wells Adams returning as bartender, joined by Hannah Brown bringing the bubbly to rose ceremonies in the all-new Champagne Lounge,” the press release read, per Us Weekly.

When Does ‘Bachelor in Paradise’ Season 10 Premiere?

While no specific premiere date has been given just yet, Jesse revealed that fans could tune in at some point in the summer of 2025.
