Hailey Baldwin Posts a Sweet Anniversary Tribute to Hubby Justin Bieber: ‘1 Year’
Congrats, kids! Married couple Hailey Baldwin and Justin Bieber celebrated their one-year wedding anniversary on September 13 — and needless to say, the 22-year-old model made sure to share a sweet tribute to her hubby on her Instagram Stories.
“[One] year of being your Mrs.,” the blonde beauty wrote on the first photo she shared, a mirror selfie of herself and the 26-year-old pop star. “My heart :),” she wrote on a black and white photo of Justin kissing her head with his arms around her.
Talk about feeling the love! The couple first dated for a short period back in 2014 and were extremely coy about their relationship. But once the singer’s last attempt at a relationship with his on-again, off-again girlfriend, Selena Gomez, fell flat back in March 2018, they tried their hand at dating again. By July, Hailey and Justin were engaged and ~Jelena~ was totally over for good.
The dynamic duo spent the summer happily betrothed and packing on the PDA in NYC and L.A. before setting up a small, secret wedding ceremony in the Big Apple in September 2018. However, fans didn’t get clued into the nuptials until a whole month later. In October 2018, a fan saw the couple out to breakfast in NYC and asked them if they were, indeed, married … and they answered with a kiss! How adorable, y’all.
Since the pair confirmed their union, we’ve seen them really go to bat for one another in the face of their personal struggles. Justin, in particular, has been vocal about how much Hailey has helped him through hard times since their wedding.
“I also want to thank my wife for being such a huge support in my life through this season … It says in the bible count it ALL JOY when you face trials of various kinds,” he wrote on Instagram in August. “Sounds insane considering when [you] face trials [you] feel terrible.”
His wife made sure to comment on the brave post with some powerful words: “So proud of who [you] are.”
