It’s over…again! Halsey and G-Eazy dated for nine months before they split this past July. About a month later, they were spotted at the MTV Video Music Awards afterparty where they were seen making out all night and had reconciled their relationship. However, according to a source who spoke to Us Weekly, the two have parted ways once again because they “just can’t seem to get past their previous issues.”

Following the news of their most recent breakup, the “Bad at Love” singer shared some mysterious tweets on Oct. 24. She wrote, “Reminder to self: Happiness is not a replacement for misery. It’s an addition. Pain will always be there. But that’s okay. U allow happiness to join as another option. So when the time comes, it’s there waiting, existing; a possibility for when you’re ready to choose.” She continued, “@ me: life is not pain vs happiness. One does not replace the other. They exist together. Happiness doesn’t arrive as a replacement. It arrives to assist u in carrying the weight of the pain.”

It seems like this isn’t a huge surprise that two have called it quits. The source also notes that the rapper, 29, was “all over other girls publicly at his Halloween party this past weekend.”

Just two days prior to Halsey’s tweet, G-Eazy gushed to Entertainment Tonight about his former girlfriend. He said, “I think the world of her. She’s a really special person, a really special human being. Besides how great of an artist she is, but as a human, I love her.” We thought things were going well again, ugh!

This time it might be more official: Both of them have unfollowed each other on Instagram and G-Eazy celebrated by going to Drake’s Halloween Party on Tuesday, Oct. 23. Back in July, Halsey took to Instagram to confirm their first breakup. She said, “I normally keep this kind of thing private but provided our public nature I feel the need to inform my fans. G-Eazy and I are taking some time apart. I’m eager to continue the upcoming passage of time dedicating myself to my art and my career, and the duration of my tour. I wish him the best. Thanks for respecting our privacy at this time.”

Both have yet to comment, but we’re hoping that this isn’t the end!
