The two looked happier than ever as they held hands during their night out. The 24-year-old blonde beauty sported a red top with ripped jeans and heels while Dylan, 25, wore a jean jacket with black pants and white kicks.

Despite being engaged, the lovebirds revealed they aren’t planning their nuptials just yet. “We talk loosely about it. It’s fun to talk about, but we haven’t set anything,” the handsome hunk told Us Weekly on November 15. Hannah added, “It’s more fun to talk about right now. We want to enjoy being us.”

However, the model has thought about what her special day will look like. “I’ve been looking around, but I’m not making any specific choices right now,” she told the outlet about her wedding dress. “I know I want it to be a surprise for him. We’re gonna aim for the very first moment to be really special. I think for me, I love fashion, but a big part of fashion for me is how I feel in it, so whichever one I get all the emotional feels in that’s what I’ll go for — not the trendiest one or whatever I think looks coolest on the model in the picture.”

The Alabama native is based in Los Angeles while Dylan is in San Diego, but they manage to “see each other four days a week,” they revealed. “It’s really not bad at all, to be honest,” Dylan shared. “We’re just focused on our careers right now, and when we’re ready, we’ll move in together.”

Recently, Dylan’s friend and former costar Tyler Cameron visited the West Coast, where the two attended a Clippers game at the Staples Center and then went to Hyde nightclub afterward. During their time out, the 26-year-old model was caught kissing a mystery blonde, and fans think it’s Kylie Jenner’s BFF Anastasia “Stassie” Karanikolaou, since they both posted at the same exact two places. Now, the potential new couple has even started following one another on Instagram.

But it seems like Hannah might have been responsible for Tyler’s new love connection since the reality starlet left a sweet comment on Stassie’s Instagram on November 25. “2nd Friendsgiving tonight.
