Talk about a whirlwind romance. Just seven months after Heidi Klum and Tom Kaulitz made their Red Carpet debut, the Tokio Hotel guitarist popped the question. “I still believe in love and marriage. I do,” said two-time divorcée Heidi. “Even though I’ve failed twice at it…. I found a great person.” Now, she’s ready to celebrate their love in truly splashy fashion.

Life & Style has exclusively learned that Heidi is already in the throes of planning a lavish $1 million wedding in the couple’s native Germany. The supermodel, 45, is “going all out on a huge, over-the-top wedding in Cologne, not far from where she’s from,” an insider revealed. “She says it’s going to be a lovefest full of their families and all the best German food — like bratwursts, schnitzel and, of course, beer! — and traditions. Heidi’s never been this happy!”

Heidi is reveling in finding a Mr. Right from her home country. But she and 29-year-old Tom — who finalized his own divorce in August — have agreed to say their vows in both English and German, noted the insider, for the benefit of starry guests like bestie Gwen Stefani, her Project Runway co-star Tim Gunn, America’s Got Talent pals Simon Cowell, Melanie “Mel B” Brown and Howie Mandel, and even her singer ex-husband Seal, who is likely to make the invite list. “Tom says he’s already written his vows,” added the insider. “Heidi is still working on hers.”

She’s also still working on securing the perfect gown. “Heidi is going for all-white and custom,” the insider shared. “Not too frilly, more on the sexy, fitted side.” And despite failed marriages to hair stylist Ric Pipino and the father of her four kids, Seal, Heidi is sure this will be the last wedding dress she’ll wear. “She isn’t one bit nervous. Heidi says she’s finally found her true soulmate,” explained the source. “She can’t stop talking about how she and Tom are perfect for each other. They’re incredibly compatible. She’s really never met anyone like Tom before and she’s not about to let him get away.”

Tom and Heidi met at a mutual friend’s birthday party — a party Heidi initially resisted attending. “So anyone, the day that you don’t want to go out, that’s when you have to go out,” she advised of finding a soulmate, “because that’s what happened to me.”
