The supermodel was spotted out and about in NYC this week with three of her four kids, and the trio has grown up in the blink of an eye.

Her sons Henry, 10, and Johan, 9, with ex-husband Seal were photographed with older sister Helene, 12 — and we wouldn’t be surprised if they followed in their model mom’s footsteps.

Missing from the family outing was six-year-old sister Lou.

The Project Runway host has been very open about balancing her career and raising four children.

“Women are capable of juggling a lot of balls — we do things that guys just cannot do,” Heidi, 43, told Redbook. “A lot of them have a very hard time just trying to figure out what to do with that one ball. And often they want us to hold that one, too!”
