Abs of steel! To help Khloé stay full, she snacks on nuts, cherry tomatoes, and fruit, which satisfies her sweet tooth! The 34-year-old promises that eating this way “is easier to follow than it sounds!”

Kourtney did the most extreme version of the keto diet last year and said that “it was a really positive experience for me.” The reality star dished on what she ate for each meal, “I usually have a salad for lunch every day with some type of protein added like chicken or salmon. I ate grilled chicken and fish over broccoli rice, cauliflower rice or spaghetti squash and I mixed in roasted vegetables.”

Kim works out “about an hour-and-a-half every single day” using “heavy weights,” she confessed to E! Newsthis summer. She added, “I don’t do a lot of cardio. I’ve been working out really hardcore with a bodybuilder for one year.”
