The Kardashians are known for many things, like their razor-sharp business skills, their many, many babies, and their non-stop drama. They all have their own shape and style, but they all maintain their killer bods the same way: good old-fashioned diet and exercise. Luckily, we've put all of their diets in one place so you can compare them and see what's best for you to follow!

Kim Kardashian's Diet: Strictly Ketogenic

In 2017, Kim was particularly hurt when some less-than-flattering photos surfaced from her vacation to Mexico. People mocked her cellulite, and she immediately decided to buckle down and do something about it. That's when she teamed up with bodybuilder Melissa Alcantara, who she can be seen training with on Snapchat on the daily.

There's no denying the fact that Kim looks better than ever right now, and Melissa gave the DL on exactly what Kim eats to maintain her tight body. It all starts with a ketogenic diet, which is all about eating tons of good fats and protien while cutting out carbs almost entirely. Kim can only eat "real food that's cooked (fresh) every day," says Melissa to People. "Most likely if it comes out of a box, it’s not going to be good for you." That means she can't have breads, cereals, etc, but she also can't smother her food with sauce or dressing. Things she can have? Meat, eggs, avocados, coconut oil, butter, etc.

It may sound hard, but now that Kim's gotten used to it, it comes naturally. "Recently she told me she had some fries that were really greasy and it made her stomach feel bad because she wasn’t used to it," said Melissa. "Which is great because after that, you’re less likely to go for those foods."

Khloé Kardashian's Diet: Dairy-Free, Low-Carb, Low-Sugar

Prior to becoming pregnant with baby True Thompson, Khloé was in the best shape of her life. She's admitted since giving birth that it's killing her to not be able to work out as hard and to have extra fat on her body, but luckily she already has a great plan in place. In summer 2017, nutritionist Dr Philip Goglia who works with Khloé revealed that she was looking her best, but also eating more than ever before, to Healthista.

Khloé was eating seven meals a day that were dairy-free, soy-free, and couldn't have juice, dried fruit, or bubbly beverages. She also skipped out on processed "diet foods," like low-cal muffins, bread, bagels etc., because believe it or not these can cause a lot of inflammation and Khloé's main goal was to fight inflammation. So, now she sticks to green leafy vegetables, single-ingredient starches, lean red meat, fresh fruit, fatty fish, eggs, poultry, nuts and water, and never, EVER has carbs after 3 p.m.. She also only gives herself one cheat meal per week, but she lets herself go wild during it, eating pizza, cake, whatever!

Kourtney has always been the thinnest of her sisters, and has built a reputation for being very particular with what she and her kids put into their bodies. Recently, she took to Instagram Stories to explain her daily meals, and we were surprised to hear that she's gotten a little more lax recently! While she's tried the low-fat diets like Khloé and ketogenic diets like Kim in the past, she's found that a low-dairy and gluten, natural, organic diet works best for her.

Kourt believes in "everything in moderation," and will now eat a little bit of dairy and gluten, but keeps it in check. For breakfast she'll have a breakfast smoothie bowl made with fresh fruit, bee pollen, and chia seeds. For lunch she loves a yummy citrus salad with homemade Balsamic Vinaigrette. For dinner, she'll eat something like a salmon filet with honey ginger glaze. They all sound pretty tasty to us! And once and a while, she'll even go buck wild and eat ice cream or pizza.

So, which Kardashian diet seems best suited for you?
