Influencer Alix Earle Shares Her ‘Dancing with the Stars’ Rehearsal Recovery Routine
As the Dancing with the Stars premiere date gets closer and closer, the stars and their professional partners are deep in rehearsal mode in hopes of successfully soaring through week 1 of the competition.
Influencer Alix Earle is no exception. She revealed to fans in a new TikTok posted on September 13 that she has developed a lengthy recovery routine to help her get through the physical challenges of dancing in rehearsals for many hours each day.
First, Earle revealed she has been seeing a chiropractor, who has been helping her with her shoulder pain and put kinesiology tape on them that day to help with her posture to lessen her pain.
Next, Earle relaxed in an epsom salt bath, which she shared her boyfriend, NFL player Braxton Berrios recommended to her.
“I didn’t really expect to be as, like, sore as I am,” Earle admitted in the video’s voiceover.
Earle then did her normal skincare and shower routine before joining her foster dog Asia on the couch for some snuggle time.

Next came the most high-tech part of Earle’s routine, which included a special device to help with her legs’ blood flow called Normatec boots. According to the company’s website, the device is meant to give you “a dynamic air compression massage that helps your legs feel refreshed faster.”
Earle enjoyed the device’s massage while eating sushi for dinner and watching TV. Then she brewed herself a cup of ginger tea to bring to bed with her.
“I’m getting in bed now at like 9 p.m., which is a very new adventure for me,” Earle added in the video.
To close out the night, Earle sipped her tea in bed while using a heated back massager before going to sleep.
The new season of Dancing with the Stars, which includes Earle, premieres on Tuesday, September 16 on ABC.
