Get your Ugg boots out, ladies. Fall is officially here … well, according to Starbucks! The coffee chain has welcomed back its famous Pumpkin Spice Lattes to the menu today. That’s right, nearly a full month before the actual fall season starts — and they even added a whole patch full of new seasonal treats!

Since Starbucks knows we have a whole latte love for pumpkin, they will now let customers add a drizzle of pumpkin sauce to any of their regular drinks, too. Other favorites such as Salted Caramel Mocha and Teavana Pumpkin Spice Chai Tea Latte, which first made its entrance on their menu last year, will be available as well, along with new bakery treats such as Maple Pecan Myffins, Blueberry Muffins, and wise Owl Sugar Cookies! Yum!

In honor of the drink’s 15th anniversary, Starbucks decided to spice up our lives with fun facts about the beloved beverage in a press release — one being that PSL was not their first name choice! You could have been sipping on a “Fall Harvest Latte.” Just let that sink in. Phew, that was a close one!

While developing the taste we all know and love, the chain brought in real pumpkin pies and poured espresso shots to really perfect the flavor. The seasonal beverage is now made with real pumpkins, and a spice mix of cinnamon, ginger, clove, and nutmeg (just like the pies). Ah! We can already taste the holiday season upon us.
