Looking good, girl! Jazz Jennings took to YouTube earlier this week to reveal she dropped some serious LBs. She lost so much, in fact, that she now qualifies for her gender reassignment surgery. In the 13-minute clip, the I Am Jazz star admitted that she started "binge-eating a lot" a few months back and gained roughly 30 pounds.

"I was at my heaviest point and I was very self-conscious and uncomfortable in my body," she said in the May 29 video. "Even though I felt beautiful, I still was very insecure in a lot of other ways. It's hard. Especially when that change comes so quickly. I gained the weight so fast."

The 17-year-old added that her addiction to fast food was hard to control. "As ya'll know, I was a binge-eater and would go to McDonald's, and — are you ready for my order? — 20 chicken nuggets, large fries, and three chocolate chip cookies," she paused. "Hello, that's me."

These days, however, Jazz is making smoothies for breakfast and replacing things like burgers with leaner meats like turkey and chicken. She's also exercising more now and takes walks every night with her Dad. ~Cue the awws!~ She hits at least 10,000 steps a day.

In an interview with People back in April, Jazz revealed that her surgery would be happening in two months, and if our math serves us correct, that means it could be just days away! "It hasn't fully hit me yet that it's happening," she explained at the time. "But I feel like a couple of weeks beforehand, I'll be like, 'Crap! This is a big operation! This is serious.' So I'm curious to see how my mindset changes when we approach the surgery date." We're so happy for her — and wish her the best of luck!
