Jenna Dewan’s BFF Emmanuelle Chriqui Totally Approves of Her New Man Steve Kazee!
That must be a good sign! Jenna Dewan’s BFF, Emmanuelle Chriqui, has already given her seal of approval to her pal’s new boyfriend, Steve Kazee. The Entourage actress opened up about Jenna’s blossoming romance at the Environmental Media Association’s EMA Awards on Thursday, May 30.
“I love Steve. He’s amazing,” Emmanuelle, 43, told Us Weekly. “I just want her to be happy.” Like most good friends, Emmanuelle has been there for many milestones in Jenna’s life, having even served as the Step Up star’s maid of honor at her nuptials to estranged husband, Channing Tatum.
Fans are thrilled to see Jenna, 38, doing so well with her new flame, Steve. As some may recall, the dancer and her 21 Jump Street actor ex announced their amicable separation back in April 2018, after nine years of marriage. Jenna officially filed for divorce six months later, but the two still do their best to cordially coparent their daughter, Everly. Their little one is actually celebrating her sixth birthday today, May 31, and proud mom Jenna took to Instagram with a heartfelt caption.
“Well … today this little fairy is 6!” the actress captioned the photo of Everly wearing a pair of wings. “I am a mess today with emotions and pride. Evie you are magical, wise, hilarious and strong. You teach me every single day,” Jenna continued, adding heart emojis. “To another incredible year.”
Jenna and Steve are still going strong and he even got her into a new hobby. “Steve, my boyfriend, is a huge wrestling fan and he got me so into it,” she shared during an interview in April. Jenna hilariously added, “I watched WrestleMania by myself. He wasn’t even in town.”
Meanwhile, Channing has also found new love with songstress Jessie J. The two first sparked romance rumors in October 2018 and they’ve since gone Instagram official.
