Channing Tatum and Jessie J Are Already Talking About ‘Starting a Family!’
Movin’ on and up! Channing Tatum and his new girlfriend, Jessie J, are clearly smitten with one another — and they’re looking to take their newfound love to the next level. An insider dished to Life & Style exclusively about the couple’s future plans … and they’re no joke.
“Channing and Jessie are still going strong and they’ve taken their romance to a whole new level,” the source revealed. “They’ve already met each other’s parents and are planning a future. Yes, they’ve talked about marriage and starting a family. It’s serious.”
OMG — we all know meeting the parents is a huge step in any relationship so clearly, this duo is on the path to ~locking things down~ with each other. But for the 39-year-old actor, there’s one other person his new love has to get along with: his ex-wife, Jenna Dewan.
The former couple share a 5-year-old daughter, Everly, and she definitely makes it easier for the two women to vibe. In fact, the ladies have already met and their convo was all about the tiny tot. “Channing was dropping off Everly to Jenna and Jessie was in the car,” an insider dished to Life & Style about the encounter. “They said hello to each other and mostly chatted about Everly.”
The 31-year-old singer even praised the dancer, 38, for her parenting skills. “Jessie complimented her on raising such a sweet little girl and Jenna said she appreciated her kindness towards her daughter,” the source continued. “It was all very short and cordial, like it should be.”
We seriously stan an amicable coparenting relationship! Channing and Jenna made it very clear they wanted to put their daughter first amid their divorce so it’s great to see the duo making sense of it but also including their new loves in the mix.
“Channing doesn’t play the field. He’s a one-woman guy and he’s found that woman in Jessie,” said the insider. “He’s ready to take their relationship to the next level.”
