Who is Jennifer Aniston’s Rumored New Boyfriend, Jim Curtis?
Jennifer Aniston dropped an end of summer photo dump on Instagram over the weekend, and in doing so she seemed to stealthily soft launch her rumored new boyfriend, Jim Curtis.
“Thank you summer,” the 56-year-old captioned the post, which was jam packed with cameos from her various celebrity friends, including her Friends co-star Courteney Cox, Jason Bateman and his wife Amanda Anka, Sean Hayes, Adam Sandler, and Sandra Bullock. However, the second to last photo featured a close-up of the back of a bearded man’s head on a beach around sunset.
Despite her subtlety, fans immediately zeroed in on the image. “You think we wouldn’t notice photo number 17?” gushed one fan, while another added, “Slide 17, you deserve all [of] the love.”
Considering how private Aniston is when it comes to her personal life, this is a huge revelation for fans. She hasn’t been linked to any romantic partners since she separated from her second husband, Justin Theroux, in 2017.
By all accounts, it seems as though the actress has found love again. But who is Jim Curtis, her rumored new beau?
He’s a hypnotist, life coach, and author
Curtis’s Instagram account, where he boasts more than 600,000 followers, identifies him as a coach, author, and executive at one of the world’s largest wellness companies. “My mission is to help you heal and thrive by upgrading your I AM,” his bio reads. On his website, the 49-year-old also identifies himself as a hypnotherapist.
According to the New York Post, Aniston had been following his work for years and they also follow one another on Instagram. The actress has “liked” several of his posts, many having to do with the power of manifestation.
Curtis has likewise published a 2017 self help book, The Stimulati Experience: 9 Skills for Getting Past Pain, Setbacks, and Trauma to Ignite Health and Happiness.
Bethenny Frankel previously dated him
Former Real Housewives of New York City star Bethenny Frankel recently revealed on an episode of her “Just B With Bethenny” podcast that she dated Curtis “about 10 years ago.”
While Frankel admitted that Curtis was a “nice guy” and that she was happy for Aniston, that it just wasn’t a match between the two. “There are people that would be better suited with other people than with you,” she explained.
“I’m happy for Jennifer Aniston because I do believe she wants to find love,” Frankel continued. “I do believe it’s been difficult, as I understand as well as anybody can, and I do believe she’s sort of got that earthy, mellow side to her.”
Her friends seem to approve
Us Weekly reports that Aniston and Curtis were introduced by mutual friends before their connection turned romantic. A source told People back in August that Aniston was “in a great place” and that Curtis was “bringing out new sides of her.”
“Jim’s great. Her close friends love him. He’s amazing to be around,” the source dished. “He has this really calm and secure energy. Jen loves it.”
