The brunette beauty may not have starred alongside Tom Cruise and Renée Zellweger in Jerry Maguire, but she *did* attend the premiere looking hella chic in glasses and a leather jacket.

1997

The girl next door! Jen wore a different set of specs to the premiere of Good Will Hunting on December 22, 1997. Just months later, she would go on her first date with Brad Pitt.

1998

The 90s called and they want, well, everything back! From the updo and the heels to the tiny bag and the dainty jewelry, we’re being transported back in time, y’all.

Jen was just four months shy of her wedding to Brad in March 2000 when she attended the SAG Awards. She opted for a slinky LBD and swept-back hair. Hubba, hubba!

In an interview with Rolling Stone, she admitted that her friends worried Brad would be a “conceited f–k” at first. Awk! However, they quickly came around. “You know, if there’s ever an argument, it’s not like you can go, ‘Screw you, I’m outta here!’ You’re there for the long haul,” she said about marriage. “It’s a beautiful thing to actually realize that for the first time, to have that knowing. It takes the heat and the weight out of things.”

No shade, but The Morning Show star loves to wear black and TBH, we can’t say we blame her. That said, we were thrilled to see her in this form-fitting number at the Warner Brothers Emmy afterparty in 2000.

She’d [her therapist] say, ‘Even if it’s 98 percent the other person’s fault, it’s 2 percent yours, and that’s what we’re going to focus on.’ You can only clean up your side of the street.”

Jen went on to wed Justin Theroux in  2016. In 2016, she told Marie Claire: “My marital status has been shamed; my divorce status was shamed; my lack of a mate had been shamed; my nipples have been shamed. It’s like, ‘Why are we only looking at women through this particular lens of picking us apart? Why are we listening to it? I just thought: ‘I have worked too hard in this life and this career to be whittled down to a sad, childless human.”

2017

In 2017, the duo split, but it’s clear they’re still on good terms. In 2019, the 48-year-old wished her a happy birthday on Instagram. “Happy Birthday to this fierce Woman,” Justin captioned the pic on February 11. “Fiercely loving. Fiercely kind. … and fiercely funny. ❤️ you B.” Months later, they reunited to say goodbye to the pup they shared together, Dolly.
