ExclusiveJoe Amabile Reveals Why He Wants Litia Garr to Be Next Bachelorette: ‘She’s a Perfect Lead’
Bachelor Nation star Joe Amabile reveals why he wants Litia Garr to become the next Bachelorette leading lady during an exclusive interview with Life & Style.
“I think she’s a perfect lead,” Joe, 38, tells Life & Style while promoting his partnership with Eroxon. “I mean, she’s 31, she’s successful, she has her whole life together and I think a lot of guys would go crazy for her.”
Fans first got to know Litia when she competed for Grant Ellis’ heart during season 29 of The Bachelor. While she made a big impression on Grant, 31, and made it to the final episode, he ultimately broke up with Litia and proposed to Juliana Pasquarosa.
Litia seems like an obvious choice for the season 22 lead, though fans will have to wait a while to watch the upcoming season as it was previously announced that the show is on hiatus.
Not only does Joe reveal that Litia is his top pick for the next Bachelorette, but he also shares advice for Grant and Juliana, 28, amid their engagement.
“I would say my number one advice right now is to really enjoy this time, especially for someone like Grant who’s the lead. And you do get a lot of people that disagree with how you handle the situation, but I think just enjoying this moment and not focusing on any of that and really just enjoying each other and [having] as much fun as you can,” he says.
While reflecting on the season finale, Joe discusses how hurt Litia was after she accused Grant of leading her on before their split. While Grant has insisted that he didn’t intentionally give her false hope, he did tell both Juliana and Litia that he loved them before the show concluded.
“I don’t know how you watch it and you don’t feel bad for Litia. So I definitely felt bad for her,” Joe says. “I think it’s easier said than done. I wish I could have told Grant, ‘Hey, don’t say too much,’ but I’m not in that position.”
Joe – who met his wife, Serena Pitt, on Bachelor in Paradise – adds that he does believe that Grant “fell in love with two women” on the show. “I think he really did love them both, but I think when it came down to it, he loved Juliana a little more,” he says.
Not only does Joe share his thoughts about The Bachelor season 29 finale, but he also opens up about his partnership with Eroxon. The product is the first FDA-cleared gel that’s available without a prescription for erectile dysfunction (ED). Eroxon conducted a study that found that 94 percent of men between the ages of 25-44 in the United States agree that sexual health is an important part of wellness. However, only 41 percent of the men surveyed said that they frequently discuss their sexual health with a healthcare provider or doctor.

“I partnered with them a few months ago and was really interested. I think it’s just bringing awareness to men’s health,” he explains. “It’s something men don’t want to talk about. So when they introduced their AI chatbot, it’s a secure place where men could talk about this issue.”
The AI chatbot’s name is “Ed,” and it provides information surrounding erectile dysfunction, intimacy tips and more information on the company’s website.
After noting that “a lot of men suffer from” ED, Joe says he wanted to bring awareness because several men aren’t “really comfortable talking about it.”
