Joey Graziadei Reveals Why Kelsey Anderson Took a Social Media Break Amid Relationship Rumors
Joey Graziadei opened up about why fiancée Kelsey Anderson took a break from social media, as the prolific poster’s absence caused some fans to worry about the state of their relationship.
“I feel like she has been active,” Joey, 29, told E! News after appearing on Dancing with the Stars‘ epic 500th episode on Tuesday, November 12.
“I think the whole thing came from one or two days that she wasn’t active, and people assumed something for some reason,” he continued. “It was during a time where she was just taking a little break and that was for her own mentally, and I guess people assumed stuff.”
Kelsey, 25, posts to Instagram almost daily, sometimes with multiple shares in a single day. She went five days without posting anything between November 4 and November 9.
“We’re great,” Joey told the outlet about their romance. “And we’re just gonna keep doing what we do.”
Kelsey reassured fans all was well with the couple in a major way, gushing about her love for Joey in a Tuesday, November 12, Instagram post. She celebrated one year since the former tennis instructor proposed to her in Tulum, Mexico, during the finale of The Bachelor season 28. The final rose ceremony was filmed in November 2023, while the episode didn’t air until March 25.
“One year of laughter, learning and lots of love. Can’t wait to do it again with you!” the project manager began next to a series of photos from throughout their engagement.
“Happy anniversary to the man of my dreams. A man who is patient, kind, and always gives 1000% in everything he does. I’m so grateful for your love, your support, and the way you make every day brighter,” Kelsey continued, concluding, “I love you Joey.”
The Pennsylvania native replied in the comments, writing in all caps, “LOVE YOU,” along with a red heart emoji.

Joey shared his own glowing post celebrating the couple’s anniversary, calling Kelsey “my everything.”
“I still cannot believe that it has been a year since I got down on one knee and asked you to marry me. This is another appreciation post for everything you do. The laughs, the love, the support, the joy and the excitement. Every day with you is an adventure and I cannot wait to see all of the memories we get to create in the years to come,” he wrote next to a series of photos with his fiancée, starting with one taken before he hit the dance floor on DWTS later that day.
“I know sitting and anxiously watching me dance on live TV probably wasn’t how you thought we’d spend our first anniversary, but I can’t tell you enough how much I appreciate your support,” he added. “I couldn’t do this without you, so thank you for always being my biggest fan through this amazing experience. I love you forever.”
Joey has impressed DWTS fans with his incredible dancing talent. He and partner Jenna Johnson wowed the judges with a final score of 55 for their two dances on November 12, advancing to the semifinals.
