Kath spoke out about their breakup in a new statement to Life & Style on May 1, 2025, explaining, “It’s really unfortunate that my relationship with this person is being reduced to untrue allegations about what happened at a party. The public has only heard one side of the story. Attacks on my character are not something I take lightly, especially from someone I cared for deeply and shared a committed relationship with.”

After exiting the house, she began sharing a series of loved-up photos with the English sports presenter, revealing they were a couple in a June 2, 2025, interview with The Guardian.

“This is a very genuine connection — we’re not faking a thing. People can see our chemistry, and they got to see it develop,” JoJo told the outlet. “I think everyone’s just curious, and I can’t blame them.”

“It’s not platonic anymore, and it’s been a beautiful development,” she continued. “A beautiful connection, and I’m absolutely head over heels for him, and he’s the same way.”

JoJo added about fan interest in their romance, “I do live this very, very big public life that has so many eyeballs on it, and it can get really hard to navigate. But I’m also living a human life. You can’t help who you love.”
