Jordyn Woods Enjoys Some Post-Workout ‘Sauna Time’ in an Itty-Bitty Bikini: Watch!
December, who? It may be winter, but that certainly doesn’t bother Jordyn Woods. The 21-year-old model stays bikini-ready all year long … and she has no problem proving it!
On Monday, December 9, Jordyn took to her Instagram Story to share a video of herself enjoying some post-workout sauna time while wearing an itty-bitty yellow swimsuit. Ahead of her steamy clip, Jordyn did a whopping five miles on a stationary bike at the gym. Oh, and that was just her warm-up.
In the past, Jordyn has admitted that working out has become her go-to way of alleviating stress or negative feelings, particularly after her father, John Woods, died. “19 years old, losing a parent, losing a loved one, is not something you think you have to deal with … there’s no right or wrong way to deal with it. But, it was so triggering for me and my trigger was getting myself to the gym,” Jordyn explained in an October YouTube video.
“That completely changed my life and that moment got me to the gym. Gym became my therapy,” she continued. “Gym became the thing I looked forward to. And, not only was it helping me emotionally, but it was physically changing my body and making me feel better.”
While we can’t be certain, perhaps Jordyn hit the gym so hard because her Red Table Talk lie detector special aired the following day. After all, what could be more nerve-wracking than waiting for millions of people to watch you clear your name?
“Did you have sexual intercourse with Tristan Thompson?” Shon Thurman, a certified polygraphist, asked Jordyn, referring to her cheating scandal with Khloé Kardashian’s ex in February. “No,” she replied. Two hours later, the results came in. “Jordyn, I thought you did a fantastic job, and you definitely passed, and I believe you were being truthful on the test,” Shon revealed.
