Jordyn Woods Responds to ‘KUWTK’ Claim That She Lived Off of Kylie Jenner’s Money: ‘I’m Out Here Hustling’
Don’t get it twisted! Jordyn Woods is here to say that she works hard for her glitzy lifestyle and did not live off of Kylie Jenner‘s money before the Tristan Thompson cheating scandal. During a recent episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Kim Kardashian alluded to the idea that the Instagram model financially supported her entire family with the makeup mogul’s money. However, Jordyn set the record straight that her bank account is A-OK.
“I definitely work very hard for a lot of the things that I have, and as you can see, I’m out here hustling, and I’ve always been working,” the 21-year-old told ET during the launch of her new collection with boohoo.com in New York City on Wednesday, June 26. “I started modeling when I was 18, and you know, I work hard.” Between her modeling, countless brand deals and her own athletic line called SECNDNATURE, she has accumulated a net worth of $6 million. Not too shabby, girl.
Fans have been watching the aftermath of Jordyn’s tryst with the NBA player, 28, unfold on the E! reality show. While sitting with the 34-year-old Good American designer and Kylie, 21, during the June 23 episode, Kim, 38, pointed out that the model never even apologized to Khloé Kardashian after the news broke. It seems as though Jordyn is now very sorry about how everything that went down with the famous family. “It’s just, you know, things happen, and of course I’m sorry and apologetic as much as I can be,” she said at the boohoo.com event.
While things may be rocky with the Kar-Jenners, Jordyn is looking ahead to a brighter future. “It’s important to dream big because nothing is impossible and you have to understand that no matter where you come from, whether you start here or you start here, we all have the same amount of hours in the day,” she explained. “If you want to make something happen, just go for it.”
