Joshua Jackson Thinks Jodie Turner-Smith Is Being ‘Unreasonable’ Amid Divorce Battle

Things have taken an ugly turn with Joshua Jackson and Jodie Turner-Smith’s divorce. In new court docs, the Agency star, 38, claims the actor, 46, has not paid her child support for their 4-year-old daughter, Juno, since they split in October 2023. “Josh promised to always support me and ensured that I would not have to worry about financial security for our daughter if we ever separated because he understood how difficult life can be as a Black woman and a single mother,” alleges Jodie, who is requesting $8,543 per month in retroactive child support, as well as $28,641 per month in retroactive spousal support, and $250,000 for attorney fees and a forensic accountant.

The actress “insists she gave Josh plenty of chances to step up and do the right thing and he’s refused, so now she’s playing hardball,” a source exclusively tells Life & Style. The Dawson’s Creek alum doesn’t see it that way at all though, adds the source: “Josh thinks Jodie’s being totally unreasonable and trying to take him to the cleaners out of spite.”
