Catwalk Superstar! Kendall Jenner’s Hottest Runway Modeling Moments in Photos

Fashion: It’s not just an outfit, it’s an attitude … and Kendall Jenner knows that best. It’s hard not to take notice when the model struts around in either in New York, London, Paris or Milan for Fashion Weeks, considering she is part of one of the most famous and influential families in the world.

Kendall got her first big break into the world of high fashion catwalks when she appeared in the Marc Jacobs Fall/Winter 2014/15 show in February 2014. At the time she sweetly gushed to Into the Gloss, “I’m a little nervous for the show, but I’m really excited. It’s my first runway show, so I’ve been practicing. I feel like everybody has their own individual walk, and that’s what makes someone so special,” adding with a laugh, “Maybe I’ll run down the runway!”

She went on to share, “I just recently turned 18, so this [Marc Jacobs show] is my big kickoff to start and grow my career. The New York fashion scene is crazy, madness, but I love the energy. I love everything about it — like the hair and makeup today, it’s incredible. I’ve never had my eyebrows bleached; I don’t even look like myself!”

Kendall then made major headlines in her very first catwalk, as the long-sleeved sheer brown shirt she modeled was completely see-through, showing off her breasts. But she sure didn’t regret it! “I was really excited about my t—ts being out, actually. I’m weird, I love my t—ts being out. It’,s like, one of my things, I guess,“ she told W magazine in 2016, adding, “I’m young! When I’m older I want to be able to look at it and be like, I looked good.”

The Keeping Up With the Kardashians alum went on to become a runway sensation, sought after by all the top designer brands. But she became choosy about which shows to walk in, as her reality show commitments coupled with other modeling ventures became too stressful.

“Since the beginning we’ve been super selective about what shows I would do. I was never one of those girls who would do like 30 shows a season or whatever the f—ck those girls do. More power to ‘em. But I had a million jobs, not only catwalks but everything else. The whole combination was very overwhelming and I started to freak out a little bit and needed to take a step back,” Kendall told Love magazine in 2018, admitting that she “was on the verge of a mental breakdown.”

Kendall’s selectivity when it came to runway work has now made her all the more iconic. If she walks for a top label, it makes news … as well as a likely shout-out post on her Instagram page that boasts 222 million followers.
