You probably expected this. We all know the Kardashian-Jenner family is basically American royalty when it comes to their globally-recognized personas and closets full of cash. Middle sister Khloé Kardashian herself is worth a whopping $60 million, according to Celebrity Net Worth — which actually makes her richer than sister Kendall Jenner and brother Rob Kardashian.

How exactly did the starlet amass a fortune of that magnitude? Keep scrolling for a breakdown.

Khloé Is a Reality TV Mogul

KoKo was a main cast member on Keeping Up With the Kardashians from its inception in 2007 through its 2021 finale — but she has worked on several other reality TV spinoff projects in the years since the series premiered.

Her first spinoff was Khloé & Kourtney Take Miami. It debuted in 2009 and ran for three seasons. Next, she did Khloé & Kim Take New York, which ran for one season in 2011. The same year, she and ex-husband Lamar Odom did their own show, Khloé & Lamar, which ran for two seasons. She also hosted The X Factor for a brief stint in 2012.

In 2014, she and older sister Kourtney did one season of Kourtney & Khloé Take the Hamptons. She tried her hand at the late night talk show vibe with Kocktails With Khloé, which ran for one season in 2016. Her inspirational weight-loss show, Revenge Body, premiered in 2017 and ran for three seasons. In April 2022, her family’s new reality series, The Kardashians, premiered on Hulu.

Khloé Is an Entrepreneur

The Calabasas resident is a boss babe! She is the founder of Good American, a body-positive brand that  started as a denim company and has since expanded to athleisure and swim. The brand launched in 2016 and made $1 million in sales on its first day.

Years prior, she and her Kardashian sisters owned their own franchise of boutiques called Dash. They opened up in 2006 and had locations in West Hollywood, Miami, New York City and The Hamptons. As of 2018, all locations have officially closed — but we imagine the stores were big money-makers in their heydays.

Khloé Has Social Media and Endorsement Deals

With 272 million followers on Instagram, the reality star has the opportunity to strike up deals with brands for paid advertisement posts — which certainly rake in the big bucks for stars like Khlo with massive followings. She was also named the brand ambassador for Burst Oral Care in 2018 and has promoted migraine medicine Nurtec ODT.

Khloé Owns Property

After splitting from her ex-hubby, KoKo purchased her Calabasas home in 2014 for a cool $7.2 million. It was previously owned by Justin Bieber and Eddie Murphy, so you know it was stacked. After extensive renovations, she put the property up for sale in May 2020 for almost $19 million. The home eventually sold for $15.5 million, before she purchased a $17 million Hidden Hills estate adjacent to her mother that October.
