Damn, girl! Khloé Kardashian looks fantastic seven months after giving birth to her daughter, True Thompson. The reality star posted a picture on Nov. 23 where she showed off her toned stomach while wearing a purple sports bra and matching leggings.

She captioned the photo, “So look at this, you guys! The flat tummy bundle by @flattummyco is definitely helping me keep my weight from fluctuating. Stress affects my body in various ways (weight included), but I feel tight, toned, and fab with their new Chocolate Shakes.”

Koko recently admitted that she was having a hard time losing the last few pounds. She wrote, “True’s almost five months old now and I’m really close to my goal, but I’m plateauing. Now it’s sooooo hard!!! I get really discouraged, but at the same time I try to remind myself how long it took the first time to lose all of my weight.” She continued, “When I asked you guys for tips on Twitter, I got so much great advice. Thank you. I have about 17 pounds of weight left to lose, and then I want to tighten my muscles back up.”

So, what are some of Khloé’s favorite workouts? She told USA Today, “I love SoulCycle, hot yoga, circuit training, obstacle-type things. I don’t like to do the same workout all the time.”

Not only does she exercise a lot, but her nutritionist, Dr. Goglia, put her on a low-carb diet that helped the KUWTK star lose 33 pounds in three months. She wrote on her app, “It has lots of protein, so I’m able to go all out at the gym, but the best part is that I’m never hungry because I’m always eating!”

Even though she has her little bundle of joy now, the 34-year-old still wants to work out and feel good about her body. “Staying healthy and active is something that’s very important to me. Exercise is something I’ve always used to maintain my sanity and relieve stress. And, now that I have a baby, I still want to keep something that’s my time, my space, something I’m doing for myself.”

Get it, Koko!
