Khloé Kardashian Defends Spending Thanksgiving With Tristan Thompson In Cleveland
While the whole Kardashian-Jenner clan got together in California for the Thanksgiving festivities on Nov. 22, one member was pretty obviously missing! Khloé Kardashian, and her baby daddy, Tristan Thompson, spent the holiday in Cleveland with their new baby girl, True Thompson, and Khloé is really just not having it with the drama surrounding the decision. So, in true Kardashian fashion, she took to social media to defend her choice. Spoiler alert: if you’ve been wondering if Khlo and Tristan are still together, this probably clears things up a bit. Marriage Boot Camp star Dr. V sat down with Life & Style and gave us her expert opinion about Khloé and Tristan’s relationship. On Nov. 23, Khloé took to Twitter to iron out any rumors of family drama once and for all. “Y’all are reaching now. I’ve spent the past [three] years in Cleveland for Thanksgiving. Not sure why people are trying to create drama between my family and I. My sisters and I are perfectly fine, thank you! All of their families were able to travel but TT being in season, he can not,” she explained the situation. “The truth is never as fun as some story some of you like to create. So here we goooooooooooo [sic]!! Happy Thanksgiving I guess lol,” she continued in a second tweet. Call it out, Khlo! We love a rumor shutdown.

Despite all the whispers, it looks like Khloé and her new little family had a perfectly lovely holiday. According to a source that spoke with Entertainment Tonight, Khloé really just wanted to make the holiday about the one thing she and Tristan are most thankful for: baby True.
“Khloé put together an incredible Thanksgiving dinner in Cleveland with Tristan. This Thanksgiving is special to the couple as it’s True’s first one,” the source told ET. “They had a bunch of friends join them and celebrated what they are most thankful for this year: True.” We’re pretty thankful for her too; we need all that cuteness in our IG feed, you know?
We’re glad the holidays went well for the Kardashian-Thompson crew, despite the big cheating scandal being at the forefront of Keeping Up With The Kardashians every week lately. Even Kim Kardashian had to address it on her recently Ellen appearance this week, letting the world in on the pretty obvious fact that Tristan isn’t a big fan of seeing the whole thing play out on live TV. Um, shocker?
Hopefully, the Thanksgiving holiday gave the new family some space to forget the drama and have some quality family time. But next year, we vote for a Cali Thanksgiving with the ENTIRE bunch!
