Couple’s workout! Khloé Kardashian hit the gym with her boyfriend, Tristan Thompson, on Thursday, June 21 after her big move back to LA from Ohio, and we must say, her post-baby body is looking fabulous.
The KUWTK star took to Snapchat to chronicle their sweat sessions. In the set of videos, Khloé, 33, and Tristan, 27, can be seen doing push-ups, high-knee jumps, and more. “I look ridiculous lol buy my endurance is getting better and after baby,” she wrote on one of the clips referring to the birth of their baby daughter, True Thompson. “Woooo progress!!!”
Earlier this week, Khloé took to Instagram to defend herself after fans were accusing her of losing so much weight in such a short time. “I truly dislike when people report I’ve lost a tremendous amount of weight in a short amount of time or when people claim I’m doing these ridiculous diets. It’s really setting the wrong tone. I believe in making lifestyle changes when it comes to my food,” she wrote.
“Dieting is great but dieting doesn’t typically create long lasting results. I also believe that working out is so incredibly healthy and should be done to each individuals own rhythm of life. There’s no one size fits all when health and fitness.” Khloé concluded, “To you out there, don’t give up!! Everyday is a new day to find your rhythm.”
Clearly, Khloé has found her rhythm with Tristan to the dismay of fans. The two have been spotted together on multiple occasions since news of his cheating scandal broke just days before they welcomed their first child together in April. There was slight hope that Khloé’s move back to LA meant she would be done with the NBA star after his infidelities, but these snaps just prove they’re in a good place. At least she has a workout buddy…
