A recent Instagram picture featuring sister Kourtney Kardashian has fans seriously speculating if the reality star got plastic surgery.
The picture, captioned "Last week with my boo," was posted to Kourt's Instagram on Thursday Oct. 27.
While Koko's body is totally rockin', fans could not help but comment on how different her face looks! "Please stop getting plastic surgery," one commenter wrote.
