On last night's Keeping Up With the Kardashian 10th-anniversary special, fans learned a lot of new things about the famous family. However, one of the biggest OMG moments from the episode came when Kim Kardashian opened up about her first pregnancy with daughter North West.

The mother-of-two, who has been very candid about her struggles with fertility, revealed she thought she had a miscarriage while pregnant with her first child with Kanye West. "I thought I had a miscarriage," she said. "I was pretty certain about it. I flew all the way home on Thanksgiving and the doctor told me there's no heartbeat. You had a miscarriage"

Thankfully, it was a false alarm. "I went in that morning and he's like, 'There's a heartbeat. You didn't have a miscarriage.' I'm like, 'OMG. This is a sign.' It was like such an emotional Thanksgiving."

While she did not suffer a miscarriage, Kim still endured two high-risk pregnancies with North, 4, and 21-month-old son Saint West. In her blog, she opened up being diagnosed with pre-eclampsia and placenta accreta. "My doctor had to stick his entire arm in me and detach the placenta with his hand, scraping it away from my uterus with his fingernails," she wrote. "My delivery was fairly easy but then going through that — it was the most painful experience of my life."

Currently, Kim, 36, is expecting her third child via surrogate. “Kim is extremely hands-on with her surrogate, she wants her to be totally pampered at all times and is sharing all her best people with her,” an insider told Hollywood Life. “Kim’s arranged special pregnancy massages and she’s hired a nutritionist and private chef to oversee all her meals.” The surrogate is reportedly due in January — and is said to be expecting a baby girl for the reality star.
